This coming Monday when they leave office, Joe Biden will officially be the worst US President in history and Kamala Harris will be the absolute worst Vice President in US history. Obama will be in a close second and Joe Biden will be in second place for worst vice president behind Joe Biden's current VP, Kamala Harris. Jimmy Carter & Walter F. Mondale are in 3rd place.
